What is the purpose of this website?
 
Wrinklies is an online support and resource base for the over 50s - or younger people who feel more comfortable learning with us!

Must I register?
 
You can see a lot of the website without registering, but you will not be able to post questions or make comments on articles. Furthermore, we have to guard against the idiots who post inappropriate messages - we will immediately ban any user who violates our posting guidelines.

Do you charge a subscription?
 
We don't charge an annual subscription for Ordinary membership but we do ask you to consider supporting us by making a small contribution between 50p and £2 per month towards our costs. Premier membership, which provides access to one of our retained advisers is available from the Wrinklies shop.
 
How do I pay?
 
Go to the payments areas in the Wrinklies shop at http://www.wrinklies-shop.co.uk/ were you will access a secure payment process for accepting credit or debit cards. If you prefer to send your details seperately or a cheque, then the instructions are also listed in the Wrinklies shop. The shop is managed for Wrinklies by The Eminent Trading Company Limited.
 
Are you associated with the Wrinklies employment agency?
 
No, but we do talk to them. The employment agencies are controlled by Wrinklies Direct - their website is http://www.wrinklies.org/, but individual offices tend to use email references such as wrinklies15.co.uk.
 
Who is behind Wrinklies?
 
Wrinklies is owned by V50 Company Limited. The main person behind the venture is Bernie Vincent, who has had over 30 years experience of trying to get IT people to understand the needs of the user - and users to understand that there is no point in having lots of facilities without learning how to use them.
